We're searching for a dedicated PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dynamic rehab team in Cincinnati, OH-where you won't just make a difference, you'll own it.

Responsibilities

As a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

• Evaluate, plan, and deliver personalized occupational therapy treatment

• Support patients in developing the skills they need for independence

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care

• Maintain productivity standards and accurate documentation

• Bring creativity and compassion to every session

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Active state license

• Flexibility to work PRN hours, including weekends as needed

• Experience in acute, long-term, or rehab care is a plus-but not required if you bring a heart for healing and a drive to learn
