About the Role:
Medadventures is seeking a licensed and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patient rehabilitation programs in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You'll work closely with Physical Therapists to help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by a Physical Therapist.
• Provide hands-on therapy to improve patient mobility, balance, and strength.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust care as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safe mobility techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Active state PTA licensure and certification.
• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and patient-focused mindset.
