Travel Physical Therapist - Inpatient

American Traveler is seeking an Inpatient Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of experience and a South Carolina license for a rural hospital setting.

• Work in an inpatient physical therapy unit within a rural hospital
• Typical shift is 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• 13-week contract assignment
• Patient evaluation and treatment involves specialized testing and rehabilitation procedures
• Key responsibilities include patient evaluation, individualized care planning, and direct collaboration with PTAs
• Adherence to APTA documentation standards is required
• Team participation in staff education, developmental meetings, and adjustment to caseload volumes is expected
• Maintaining clean, safe, and organized work areas is essential
• Supports a professional environment and upholds strict patient confidentiality

• Minimum 2 years of recent inpatient physical therapy experience
• Active South Carolina PT license required; license required if applicable
• Current BLS certification through AHA required
• Ability to develop patient-specific plans of care and implement evidence-based interventions
