is ON - SITE. FTE: 0.001000 Shift: Shift 1 Job Summary: Evaluates and
treats all referred speech/language pathology patients according to
physician\'s orders. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Master\'s degree in
Communication Disorders required. LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: Certificate of
clinical competence from the American Speech/Language Hearing
Association or adequate course work and experience to qualify for
Clinical Fellowship Year required. Wisconsin licensure or eligible. If
eligible, must receive license within six months of hire required. CPR
certification and valid WI driver license required. EXPERIENCE
DESCRIPTION: None, but two years of clinical experience in adults,
