Job Summary

A Mental Health Counselor provides Educationally Related Mental Health Service (ERMHS) counseling students who have mental health needs determined by Individual Education Programs (IEP's).

Letter from Intern Program (for Intern eligible candidates)

Minimum Qualifications:

EDUCATION:

Master's degree is required (from an accredited college/university) in Psychology, Social Work, School Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field (Doctorate Degree desirable).

CREDENTIALS/CERTIFICATIONS:

A valid Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential in School Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work.

OTHER:

Biliterate & Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable.
