Duration: 2025-2026 School Year (Contract) A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide comprehensive speech and language services within an elementary school caseload for the 2025-2026 school year. This role offers guaranteed hours working with K-12 students in a dynamic educational environment focused on developing communication skills and supporting students' academic success. Key Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations and assessments for speech, language, and communication disorders in students K-12 Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs Provide direct speech therapy services including teletherapy as applicable Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress Maintain compliant documentation and progress reporting in accordance with school policies Support students during speech and language interventions as part of their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Preferred Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA Experience working with pediatric populations in healthcare or school settings Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery methods Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred or completed Strong interdisciplinary communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a school team Benefits and Perks: Full-time position with guaranteed hours during the school year Health, dental, and vision insurance offered Opportunity to serve a diverse student population in a supportive educational environment This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' communication development throughout the academic year.
