Job Description: Responsible and accountable for independently providing quality professional speech therapy services to patients and their families and significant others adhering to the Wisconsin Speech Therapy Practice Act and Bellin Health Policies and Procedures. The responsibility includes providing a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors and working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary health care team to provide the best outcomes for the patient. Performs and documents speech evaluations and swallow studies, treatments, and discharge evaluations of patients according to established patient goals consistent with physician referrals. Qualifications: Wisconsin State Speech Language pathologist license; or proof currently in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) obtaining Clinical Competency Certificate (CCC) and Wisconsin State license within one year of hire required.
