Physical Therapist 1 or 2 - Outpatient - Olympic

Primary functions are to provide applicable physical therapy or occupational therapy care for patients with various diagnoses. Major duties include: patient evaluation, patient treatment, documentation requirements, maintains expected productivity levels (including special assignments). The primary function is patient care, unless otherwise specified.

Qualifications

+ Licensure as a California Physical Therapist

+ Current BLS from AHA or ARC

+ More than 2 years of licensed PT experience qualifies for PT 2 title
