  • Administer individualized speech therapy interventions focusing on language, fluency, voice, and swallowing skills.

  • Provide educational support for patients and families to bolster progress outside therapy sessions.
  • Participate in occasional inpatient speech evaluations and interventions, ensuring seamless continuity of care.

Qualifications

  • A Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification remains pending.

Required Certifications

  • State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist .
  • Preferably, a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) issued by ASHA.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within 30 days of start date.
