Soliant Health is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based position in Washington State for the upcoming 20252026 school year. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team and make a meaningful impact in students lives!

Position Details:
  • Full-time (approximately 37.5 hours/week)

  • On-site or hybrid opportunities may be available

  • Caseload and school assignments based on experience and district needs

  • Supportive school team and mentoring available for CFs

Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students K12

  • Develop and implement IEPs

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team

  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports

Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Washington State SLP License (or eligibility)

  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs encouraged to apply

  • School-based experience preferred but not required
