Soliant Health is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based position in Washington State for the upcoming 20252026 school year. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team and make a meaningful impact in students lives!
Position Details:Full-time (approximately 37.5 hours/week)
On-site or hybrid opportunities may be available
Caseload and school assignments based on experience and district needs
Supportive school team and mentoring available for CFs
Provide speech and language therapy services to students K12
Develop and implement IEPs
Conduct evaluations and assessments
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team
Maintain accurate records and progress reports
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Washington State SLP License (or eligibility)
ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs encouraged to apply
School-based experience preferred but not required
