Occupational Therapist School Setting - Kelly, WY

A contracted Occupational Therapist opportunity is available working with K-12 students in a school setting located in Kelly, WY. This role focuses on providing comprehensive occupational therapy services to support the developmental, physical, and educational needs of children across the entire K-12 spectrum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, develop, and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans for students
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide documentation compliant with educational standards
• Promote accessibility and the use of adaptive equipment for student learning and participation

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in pediatric and school-based therapy
• Background working with a diverse K-12 student population
• Strong understanding of educational environments and Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt therapy methods to meet individual student needs
