Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) - Burlington, VT

A K-12 educational institution in Burlington, VT is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a contract position. This role focuses on supporting students' developmental and therapeutic needs within the school setting, collaborating with educators and therapists to enhance students learning experiences and functional abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist.
• Work directly with students to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities.
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and regulatory standards.
