Educational Audiologist Stone Mountain, Georgia

An opportunity is available for a skilled Audiologist to provide essential hearing and communication support services within a K-12 educational setting. This contract position is located in Stone Mountain, GA, and focuses on delivering comprehensive audiological evaluations, interventions, and recommendations to support student success.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting hearing assessments and screenings for students across all grade levels.
• Developing individualized hearing management plans in collaboration with educators, parents, and healthcare providers.
• Fitting and maintaining hearing assistive technology and devices.
• Providing counseling and support related to auditory and communication needs.
• Documenting services and maintaining accurate records in compliance with educational and healthcare regulations.
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure coordinated care.
• Staying current with best practices and innovations in pediatric audiology and educational audiology services.

Desired qualifications and experience:

• Masters or Doctorate degree in Audiology.
• State licensure as an Audiologist.
• Experience working with school-aged children in K-12 environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with educators, families, and clinicians.
• Ability to manage a caseload efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
