SLP Clinical Fellow Cullman, Alabama

A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in a K-12 educational setting located in Cullman, AL. This role is ideal for a motivated, compassionate professional eager to support students communication development across a diverse age range.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and screenings for students
• Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs
• Provide direct therapy services targeting speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development activities

Qualifications:

• Completion of a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure or eligibility in Alabama
• Enrollment in or completion of the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Strong knowledge of speech and language development and disorders in school-age children
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs
