Were seeking a Part-Time Medical Assistant / Patient Care Coordinator to join our high-energy, collaborative team. This direct-care position is approximately 3035 hours per week (34 days), with potential for more hours in the future.
At Oregon Regenerative Medicine, we specialize in evidence-based alternative medicine, with a focus on regenerative therapies including:
- Autologous adipose and tissue orthopedics
- Prolotherapy
- Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP)
- Aesthetic regenerative treatments
- Functional medicine

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist doctors with procedures and surgeries
- Perform venipuncture and IV placement/monitoring

- Ensure proper biohazard disposal and sanitization
- Maintain medical and lab supplies
- Answer phones, assist with scheduling, and support front desk staff
Qualifications:
- Experience and training as a medical assistant and phlebotomist
- Strong multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, learning-oriented environment
- Flexibility and professionalism in patient and staff interactions
