This position combines professional expertise with the flexibility of remote work while making a meaningful difference in students' lives. Position Overview This full-time remote opportunity involves 35-37.5 hours per week managing a caseload of 50-60 students from kindergarten through high school. You'll deliver specialized speech and language therapy through advanced virtual platforms, ensuring students receive quality services while developing essential communication skills for academic and social success. Core Functions Execute virtual speech and language evaluations using digital assessment tools
Create individualized therapy programs targeting specific communication objectives
Deliver engaging therapy sessions through interactive virtual environments
Monitor and document student progress using data-driven approaches
Collaborate with educators and support staff to enhance student outcomes
Participate in virtual IEP meetings and provide professional expertise
Support families with communication strategies and home-based activities
Maintain professional standards and regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from accredited program
Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Active Ohio speech-language pathologist licensure
Minimum 2 years school-based experience
Virtual therapy experience preferred
Technology proficiency for remote service delivery
Strong organizational and communication abilities
Service Population Our virtual platform serves students with diverse communication challenges including articulation impairments, language processing disorders, fluency concerns, and voice difficulties. You'll work with students who have autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disabilities, and other developmental conditions, utilizing innovative virtual approaches to deliver effective therapeutic interventions.
