This opportunity is for a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive speech and language services within a K-12 school setting. The role is full-time, onsite, and follows the academic calendar for the 25/26 school year in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students across grades K-12
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational teams
- Monitor student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and staff
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to stay current with best practices
Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist license
- Professional experience in a school setting with a K-12 caseload
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with students, families, and educators
- Knowledge of current speech-language pathology assessment tools and intervention strategies
