• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and craft personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methodologies to improve patients motor skills, cognition, and daily activities
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Join forces with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families on therapy principles to encourage consistent progress at home
• Track and Document Patient Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans for optimal results

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Encouragement and support for ongoing education and post-graduate certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
