Occupational Therapist

We're currently seeking two full-time Occupational Therapists for an exciting opportunity in Bremerton, WA for the 2025-2026 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide meaningful OT services to elementary and middle school students across multiple school sites, with dedicated COTA support and a collaborative team environment. Position Details: Start Date: August 2025 End Date: June 2026 Schedule: Monday-Friday Hours: 37.5 hours per week Grade Level: Elementary and middle school Caseload: Up to 60 students (currently projected in the mid-50s) Responsibilities: Provide school-based occupational therapy services across up to three school buildings. Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and COTAs to develop and implement IEP goals. Assist in temporarily covering additional buildings during the first 1.5 months of the school year while another OT is onboarded. Maintain a caseload of approximately 50-60 students, with 1.5-2 days per week of COTA support. Conduct assessments, provide direct therapy, and support students with a range of physical, sensory, and developmental needs. Qualifications: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. Active Washington OT license (or eligibility). Valid Washington ESA certification or ability to obtain. Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred.
