Responsibilities Conduct speech therapy evaluations of clients referred to speech therapy Develop and implement evidence-based, highly individualized and patient-centered treatment plans along with advanced technique services Implement patient-centered therapy sessions to improve patient outcomes through each therapy service. Maintain accurate records of services provided for billing purposes Maintain current daily notes Implement a Team and Collaborative Approach with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists, and schools to coordinate patient care and treatment plans Implement Leadership in every moment of your service Value Patients, Families, and your Team Comply with all certification and legal requirements Qualifications/Requirements ASHA certified Speech Language Pathologist with state licensure - (SLP) Two years experience, preferred. Past Apraxia treatment experience preferred or willing to learn Relational, Enthusiastic and Passionate Therapists and/or Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) who embrace our goals and team environment!
