Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive, integrative care
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Teach therapy methods to patients and their families to encourage continued progress outside of sessions
• Track and Adapt Development: Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure patients remain on track

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized accredited program
• Ongoing education or additional certifications encouraged and supported by our organization

Certifications Needed

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
