Program Manager Physical Therapy Ortho- Outpatient Services

This role is specific to managing outpatient orthopedic physical therapy on the Pomona campus. The Program Manager organizes and implements the continuous delivery of superior quality care for individuals within their specified area of therapy in the outpatient services department.

Duties include: coordinating access to care, establishing and tracking program outcomes, marketing, performance improvement, staff management (recruitment and retention), employee relations, patient and provider satisfaction, patient and staff education, integration of research, compliance with Joint Commission, CARF and other outside agencies. This position will work closely with the Program Medical Director, The Outpatient Services Director and other leaders within the organization. .

The ideal candidate will have:

• Valid California Physical Therapist License
• Strong clinical and documentation skills, with a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar setting
• Speciality Certification thourgh the American Physical Therapy Association preferred.

Range: $3,560-$4,671.20 per pay period (26 pay periods in a year)
