Inpatient/Outpatient Physical Therapist

Job Summary Inpatient/Outpatient Coder at our client company involves working in a small CAH facility with approximately 8 beds and 50 affiliated SNF beds. The PT department primarily handles outpatient cases but also assists in the hospital and SNF. This role requires a therapist comfortable and flexible to work across various areas of therapy. Responsibilities / Job Duties Provide therapy through modalities, therapeutic exercise, soft tissue mobilization, gait training, neuromuscular re-education, orthotic/prosthetic training, and taping. Participate in a flexible and diverse work environment, engaging with patients across outpatient, acute care/rehab, or skilled facility/restorative program development. Contribute to a multidisciplinary team and ensure high-quality patient care and rehabilitation. Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements Education California state license and BLS certification required. Qualifications Experience in outpatient PT, acute care/rehab, or skilled facility and restorative program development is desired. Five years of experience preferred, but flexibility on experience level. Flexibility and effective teamwork skills are critical for this role. Skills Proficiency in various therapeutic techniques and modalities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable to a flexible team environment. Schedule / Shift 8A-5P, Monday to Friday with a 1-hour lunch break. No weekends, no on-call, and no holidays required. Guaranteed 36 hours per week, typically working 40 hours.
