Inpatient/Outpatient PTA

Job Summary Our client is a small CAH with approximately 8 beds and 50 affiliated SNF beds, seeking a skilled Therapist. The position primarily involves outpatient therapy, with additional duties in the hospital and SNF. The ideal candidate is comfortable and flexible working across all areas. Responsibilities / Job Duties Provide therapy services, including modalities, therapeutic exercise, and soft tissue mobilization. Perform gait training, neuromuscular re-education, and orthotic/prosthetic training. Conduct taping as part of treatment plans. Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements Education CA state license and BLS required. Qualifications Experience in OP PT, acute care/rehab, or skilled facility and restorative program development desired. Flexible team player, capable of working in a rural setting. Preferred 3-5 years of experience, but flexibility is possible. Schedule / Shift 8A-5P, 1 hour lunch, no weekends, no on call, no holidays. Guaranteed 36 hours, with all staff working 40 hours.
