ResponsibilitiesAs the Rehab Services Manager, you will join a dynamic and growing team of 10 at our subacute and transitions care center. You will oversee operations, assess the care of patients, and assist in staff development and budget support - ensuring an optimum level of care and service. This means working with a large scope of practice while also being part of a team that values collaboration.
QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology required
Experience
- 3 years in an acute care/rehabilitation department of a medical center serving a diverse patient population required
- 2 years in staff supervision or leadership responsibilities required
- 2 years as a member of, or working with a multidisciplinary team required
- 3 years experience as a staff therapist required
Licenses and Certifications
- BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
- One of the following is required
- PT - State of California Physical Therapist License
- OT - State of California Occupational Therapist License
- SLP - State of California Speech Language Pathologist License
