Speech Language Pathologist in Olympia, WA

A public school district in Olympia, WA is seeking qualified Speech-Language Pathology professionals to fill four full-time positions for the upcoming school year. These contract roles provide an opportunity to work with students across a range of grade levels in a supportive K-12 environment.

Available Positions:

• Multiple elementary openings (grades K-6), 37.5 hours per week
• Developmental preschool position (ages 3-5, not kindergarten), with potential to include some elementary students, 37.5 hours per week
• Secondary level position spanning two buildings (grades 7-12), 37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language evaluations, therapy, and support services to a caseload of approximately 60 students
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Track progress and document services in compliance with district and state regulations
• Participate in professional development and team meetings as required

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Washington State SLP license
• Eligibility for the Education Staff Associate (ESA) credential
• Experience working in school-based settings preferred
