Our team includes dedicated RNs, CNAs, therapists, and social workers all working together to support the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents. What You'll Do As our new Physical Therapist, you'll: Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function. Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor progress. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care. Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery strategies.
