Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Malden, MA

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a licensed and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district in Malden, Massachusetts. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping K12 students improve their communication skills and reach their full academic and social potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in both individual and group settings

• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to identify students speech and language needs

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) based on assessment results

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student development

• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with all relevant regulations

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to setting appropriate therapy goals

• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed

• Support students with a wide range of communication disorders, including speech, language, voice, and fluency

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

• Valid Massachusetts SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or eligibility

• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Dedication to inclusive, student-centered practices

• Ability to work effectively on a multidisciplinary team
