Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Malden, MA
Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a licensed and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district in Malden, Massachusetts. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping K12 students improve their communication skills and reach their full academic and social potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to identify students speech and language needs
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) based on assessment results
Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student development
Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with all relevant regulations
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to setting appropriate therapy goals
Monitor student progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed
Support students with a wide range of communication disorders, including speech, language, voice, and fluency
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
Valid Massachusetts SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or eligibility
Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Dedication to inclusive, student-centered practices
Ability to work effectively on a multidisciplinary team
