Role Responsibilities- Develop Customized Treatment Plans: Understand the unique needs of patients and formulate personalized therapy strategies to help them accomplish their functional objectives

- Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive, integrated care
- Educate Patients and Their Families: Provide valuable insights and teachings to patients and their caregivers on therapeutic techniques that facilitate continuous progress at home
- Evaluate and Document Progress: Meticulously track patient outcomes and adapt treatment plans as necessary, ensuring that patients remain on their path to recovery
- Graduation with a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Support for continuing education and post-graduate certifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
- NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification necessary
