School-Based Physical Therapist - Homer, LA

A school-based Physical Therapist position is available to support K-12 students in an academic setting located in Homer, LA. This role offers a contract position for the upcoming school year (NSY) and provides an opportunity to contribute to the physical development and well-being of children and adolescents.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of students to develop individualized physical therapy plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and motor skills in students
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other school staff to ensure cohesive support plans
• Document progress and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and outcomes
• Provide consultation and training to school personnel on physical therapy techniques and student accommodations

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapy license appropriate for the state
