A licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with a current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is sought for a full-time contract position in Melrose, NM. This role supports students from kindergarten through 12th grade within a public school setting and runs for the entire school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment plans for speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment outcomes.
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development activities as required.
Qualifications:
- Valid New Mexico Speech Language Pathologist license.
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- Prior professional experience working in school environments with K-12 students.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with students, families, and staff.
