• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work closely with other OTs, PTs, STs, medical practitioners, and nursing staff to provide holistic, integrated care
• Educate Patients and Family Members: Instruct patients and their caregivers on therapy methods to foster sustained progress at home
• Track and Record Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes while adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to ensure patients remain on their path to recovery

• A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Ongoing education or postgraduate certifications supported and encouraged

• A valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• Mandatory NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification
