- Deliver individualized speech therapy sessions focusing on language development, fluency, voice control, and swallowing assistance.
- Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team comprising physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and physicians to orchestrate cohesive treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families to support ongoing progress outside the confines of your clinical setting.
- Participate in inpatient evaluations and interventions as needed, ensuring consistency in care during each phase of treatment.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes meticulously, adhering to state, federal, and institutional regulations.

Qualifications
- A Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Successful completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.
Licenses and Certifications
- Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state.
- Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
- Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of starting employment.
