Description

- Deliver individualized speech therapy focused on aspects like communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing.
- Partner with multi-disciplinary teams, including physical and occupational therapists, nursing staff, physicians, caregivers, and families to devise holistic treatment plans.
- Provide education to patients and families to reinforce progress attained beyond clinical appointments.
- Participate in occasional inpatient speech therapy evaluations and treatments, ensuring a seamless care experience throughout the therapy journey.
- Maintain timely and precise documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Education
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship (CFY) if not yet certified by ASHA.
Certifications
- State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist .
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of hiring.
