Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and evaluations Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals tailored to each student Provide both direct therapy and consultative services to address speech and language challenges Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and IEP teams to ensure effective intervention strategies and progress tracking Qualifications and Experience: Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist License Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) Certification, or proof of eligibility to obtain this certification Experience working in school or pediatric settings is preferred but not mandatory Commitment to delivering compassionate and individualized care to students across all grade levels (K-12) Position Details: Contract duration: full school year Hours: 35 per week, with 7-hour workdays Work is conducted on-site, enabling direct interaction with students and staff Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling options available This role offers a dynamic, supportive environment where professional skills are valued and student progress is the priority.
