Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A K-12 school in Oswego, NY, is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and School SLP certification to cover a maternity leave. This contract role provides an excellent opportunity to support students in their speech and language development within a dynamic educational setting. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students K-12 Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation to ensure compliance with school policies and regulations Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing student success strategies Qualifications and Experience: Must hold a valid SLP - CCC certification and School SLP credential Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting is preferred Ability to manage caseload efficiently and work collaboratively within an educational team Candidates in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are not eligible for this position Location: Oswego, New York This maternity leave contract is ideal for a certified SLP seeking short-term engagement in a supportive school environment that values professional expertise and student growth.
