• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive, well-rounded care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide instruction to patients and caregivers on therapeutic practices to promote continued progress outside therapy sessions.
• Monitor Progress: Document patient developments meticulously and adjust treatment strategies accordingly ensuring consistent advancement.

• Completed a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Encouraged to pursue continuing education or additional certifications.

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT certification is a requisite.
