This contract position supports K-12 students by providing occupational therapy services tailored to individual needs. The role is located in Tonawanda, NY, with a job duration covering the complete school year (CSY). Responsibilities: Deliver therapeutic interventions under the supervision of licensed occupational therapists to support students' developmental and educational goals. Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Assess and document student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed. Participate in team meetings and maintain compliance with school policies and state regulations. Provide supportive care in accordance with healthcare standards within the educational environment. Qualifications: Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). Experience working in both healthcare and school-based occupational therapy settings preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Familiarity with educational and therapeutic tools for K-12 populations.
