• Craft Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patients unique needs and create bespoke treatment plans aimed at helping them reach their functional objectives
• Implement Evidence-Based Practices: Deploy proven therapeutic techniques to enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive skills, and daily living tasks
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Guide Patients and Families: Empower patients and their families through education on therapy methods to promote continuing progress at home
• Track and Adapt Treatment: Monitor clinical progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Encouragement for ongoing education or additional certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT certification is mandatory
