Job Description- Design Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients needs to create tailored therapy strategies that help them reach their functional aspirations.
- Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions to improve patients motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily activities.
- Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to offer comprehensive patient care.
- Educate Patients and Families: Provide instruction to patients and caregivers on therapy methods to encourage ongoing progress outside the clinical setting.
- Track Progress and Adapt Treatment: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify therapy plans when necessary to keep patients on their path to recovery.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Encouragement for continuing education and post-graduate certifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
- NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
