Job Responsibilities- Craft Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patients individual needs and formulate personalized treatment strategies to help them reach their functional objectives
- Implement Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply clinically proven practices to improve patients motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work in tandem with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide well-rounded, holistic care
- Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their families on therapeutic methods to foster ongoing progress at home
- Track Patient Progress: Document clinical outcomes and adapt treatment approaches as necessary, ensuring continuous patient advancement
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized academic institution
- Encouragement and support for continuous learning and post-graduate certifications
- Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
- NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
