This role offers an opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, providing essential speech and language services to help young learners achieve their communication goals. Location: Saint Charles, IL Position Details: Contract role available immediately through November 2025 Serving an elementary school population Caseload focused on elementary-aged students Work schedule: 4 to 5 days per week Qualifications and Experience: Valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) certification and licensure appropriate for the state Experience working with elementary school students preferred Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and documentation of speech and language disorders Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other education professionals Organized, patient, and communicative approach to student care Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments for students referred for services Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans to support student progress Maintain accurate and thorough records of student performance and therapy sessions Participate in meetings with educational teams and families to discuss student needs and progress Adapt therapy strategies to meet the diverse communication needs of elementary students This position offers a meaningful chance to impact speech and language development in young students within a supportive academic environment.
