Soliant has partnered with a small school community located 30 miles outside of Fayetteville, AR and is seeking a full-time contract Speech-Language Pathologist for the current school year.
Requirements:
Both ASHA-Certified candidates and Clinical Fellows will be considered
Candidates need an Arkansas SLP license in order to start their assignment
Prior schools experience strongly preferred
Pay and Benefits: Hourly W2 pay of $47 to $52/hr, dependent on experience

As a Speech-Language Pathologist in an education setting, clinicians will:
Conduct both informal and standardized assessments to determine students' level of speech therapy needs
Updating progress reports to ensure that students are moving towards their IEP goals
Write reports based on evaluation results, in accordance with state and federal mandates
Develop IEP goals in collaboration with District staff and families
Present evaluation reports and IEP goals at meetings
In some cases, SLPs may be called upon to supervise Clinical Fellows, student interns (at both the graduate and undergraduate level), and SLPAs

Ability to collaborate with co-workers and student families
