• Craft Personalized Treatment Plans: Assess patients individual needs and tailor therapy strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Educate Patients and Families: Instruct patients and their families on therapeutic techniques that promote continual progress at home
• Assess and Document Progress: Keep meticulous records of clinical developments and modify treatment as necessary to ensure effective continuity of care

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university
• Encouragement and support for continuing education or postgraduate certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory

• A genuine passion for assisting others and a relentless drive to help clients achieve their maximum level of independence
• Excellent empathetic communication skills with both patients and team members
