The role is contracted for the upcoming school year (NSY) and requires on-site involvement. The caseload will be approximately 50 students, offering a dynamic and engaging work environment supporting communication development among middle and high school students. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive speech-language pathology services to a diverse caseload of middle and high school students. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs and educational goals. Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to support student progress. Conduct screenings and assessments to identify speech and language challenges. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and regulatory standards. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities. Qualifications and Experience: Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Experience working in pediatric healthcare or school-based settings preferred. Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or equivalent. Prior involvement with middle and high school student populations highly desirable. Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50 students independently. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, families, and staff. Commitment to providing services on-site with no remote work option. Candidates should not expect SLP Assistant (SLPA) support during this assignment. Location: On-site position located in Renton, Washington, servicing middle and high school students.
