Job Description

The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical supervision and mentorship to graduate students in the Speech-Language Pathology program during on-campus practica. This role involves overseeing clinical service delivery, supporting student learning, and ensuring practices are evidence-based and aligned with university and ASHA standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor graduate students during diagnostic and therapy sessions.
• Provide direct clinical services as needed.
• Monitor clinical documentation and adherence to clinic policies and professional standards.
• Offer constructive feedback and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to support clinical education goals.
• Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and case discussions.

Qualifications Required:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence) from ASHA.
• NJ State License in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility).
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience.

Preferred:

• Experience with diverse client populations across the lifespan.
• Familiarity with university clinic settings and ASHA certification standards.

Salary Range

$50.00-$60.00 Hourly
