• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess each patients needs to create personalized therapy strategies aimed at achieving functional milestones

• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive and holistic patient care

• Track and Report Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients meet their goals

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Support for ongoing training or post-graduate certifications is provided

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
