What You'll Do As our new Part-Time OTR, you'll be the spark that helps residents regain independence and confidence. You'll: Deliver engaging and personalized therapy sessions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create care plans that work. Help residents achieve their goalswhether it's dressing themselves, cooking a meal, or dancing at bingo night! Document progress and celebrate wins, big and small. What We're Looking For Licensed Occupational Therapist in California. Passion for working with seniors and post-acute patients.
