We are an established practice in Carlsbad, CA, seeking a clinical audiologist with patient-oriented skills who enjoys providing excellent care. A day in the life will include: Gathering patient history, building rapport, establishing trust Conducting hearing testing, counseling patients, and making strong recommendations for hearing aids and varied treatment options Dispensing hearing aids, providing gold standard follow-up care which adheres to best practice Educating on the value of hearing health care and your services Primarily adult focused work with the opportunity to see pediatric clients Qualifications: Advanced degree in audiology - Au.D. or Masters Active and current California audiology licensure Our most successful teammates possess the following: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills The ability to collaborate appropriately with other audiologists and professionals in the community Willingness to learn and evolve with the practice Self-motivated, positive attitude Eagerness and determination to provide excellent patient care, including counseling skills regarding rehabilitation with hearing loss Proficiency in recommending treatment, and dispensing hearing aids and other hearing assistive technology Proficiency in audiology equipment and hearing aids About us: Join San Diego Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists, where we combine state-of-the-art technology with compassionate patient care.
