Location: Princeton Health/ 1 Plainsboro Road
Hours: One Saturday per month and Two holidays per year- Shift hours - 8 hours (8-4pm or 9-5 pm depending on census) Weekday hours are as needed, and shift hours can be flexible depending on the census.
Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Performs a patient examination in a technicallypetent manner. Performs skilled services. Uses sound judgment and follows established standards of practice independently.
2. Evaluates clinical findings to determine rehab diagnosis and oues of care
Designs a plan of care that integrates the goals, treatment, oues and discharge plan. Performs interventions in apetent manner assessing the response to care. Adapts delivery of care to reflect respect and sensitivity to individual differences
Performs reassessments as necessary. Assesses needs for other services.
3. Documents care given within the designated time frames in the EMR and hands off problems and resolutions to the case manager and the team.
Credentials:
Speech Language Pathologist (Required)
Basic Cardiac Life Support (Required)
Basic Life Saving (BLS) certification - required
Education or Equivalent Experience:
Master of Arts or Science (Required)
Education Specialization: Speech-Language Pathology program accredited by the American Speech Language Hearing Association. Equivalent Experience: Or A Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) can substitute for education. Experience with adults, children and dysphagia preferred.

$36.56 - $58.30/Hourly
